100% LFGB-certified platinum silicone — BPA-free, flavourless, odourless — rated -40°C to +230°C, at a heavy-duty 2.63mm that stays rigid with upright easy-grip handles. Prep in the liner, cook, then lift the whole portion out and serve straight to the plate.
