Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by local postal delays or customs processing.


International Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom (including to Ireland and the EU) are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Local Charges: The price paid at checkout does not include local VAT, import duties, or carrier handling fees.

  • Payment: Your local postal service (e.g., An Post in Ireland) will contact you via text, email, or post to collect these charges before delivery is completed.

  • Non-Refundable: These fees are mandated by your local government and are non-refundable by Blue Nile Products.


Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a delivery is refused due to unpaid customs fees, or if the item is returned to us because it was not collected from a local sorting office:

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Any "Return to Sender" fees incurred by Blue Nile Products will be deducted from your final refund.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@bluenileproducts.co.uk within 48 hours. For items damaged in transit, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on providing photo evidence for a claim.
