Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and most of Europe (EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Andorra).

United Kingdom

Sent Royal Mail Tracked from our UK warehouse. We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Delivery is free on every UK liner order.

United States

Sent from our US warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is $7.99, and free on orders of $29.99 or more. Orders ship within the US, so there are no import duties.

Europe

Sent Royal Mail International Tracked from the UK. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is £13, and free on orders of £60 or more.

Duties and taxes outside the UK

European orders are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The price at checkout does not include local VAT, import duties or carrier handling fees. Your local postal service will contact you to collect these before delivery. These charges are set by your government and we cannot refund them.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused because of unpaid customs charges, or is returned to us uncollected, the original shipping cost is not refundable. Any return-to-sender fee we are charged will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but it has not arrived, email info@bluenileproducts.co.uk within 48 hours. For items damaged in transit, see our Refund Policy for how to send photo evidence.

US returns

For a return on a US order, email info@bluenileproducts.co.uk and we will send you return instructions.
