A proper one-pot dinner with none of the washing up. Salmon, sweet potato, green beans and lemon all cook together in the air fryer, so the fish stays flaky and everything else roasts up golden. Light, filling, and done in under half an hour.
Your silicone liner keeps the fish moist and stops it flaking apart.
Bonus: salmon's packed with omega-3s and protein, sweet potato brings the slow-release carbs.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 medium sweet potato, cubed
- Handful green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps
-
Prep the veg: Cube the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces and trim the green beans.

-
