Crispy, golden courgette chips with none of the guilt. Low-carb, low-calorie and ready in minutes.

Your silicone liner stops the chips sticking and makes clean-up a non-event.

Bonus: sprinkle over grated parmesan before serving for extra flavour.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium courgettes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt or chilli flakes, to taste
  • Grated parmesan, optional
  • Fresh parsley or dill, chopped, to serve (optional)

Steps

  1. Prep the courgette: Slice thinly into rounds, about 3-4mm thick. Pat dry with kitchen paper to remove excess moisture.

  2. Season: Lightly coat the slices in oil, then sprinkle with sea salt or chilli flakes. Spread in a single layer on your air fryer liner, don't overlap.

  3. Preheat air fryer: Preheat to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.

  4. Air fry: Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges.

  5. Serve: Serve immediately while crispy. Add grated parmesan on top if you like.
