This air fryer frittata is proof that a proper brunch doesn't need a mountain of pans.
Eggs, bacon and cheese go straight into a Kitchen Curated silicone liner, a golden, fluffy frittata comes out in under 15 minutes, no oven and no tin required.
Clean up is basically nonexistent, just lift the liner out and go.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk or double cream
- ½ cup grated cheddar (or your favourite cheese), divided
- 2 tbsp diced red pepper
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (swap for ham, chorizo, or leave out for veggie)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Preheat: Get your air fryer to 175°C (350°F).

Line the basket: Pop a Kitchen Curated silicone liner straight into the air fryer basket.

Whisk: In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper.

Mix it in: Stir through the red pepper, bacon and half the cheese.

Pour and cook: Pour the mixture into the liner and air fry for 10 to 12 minutes until set with no wobble in the middle.

Top and melt: Scatter over the rest of the cheese for the final minute.
- Cool and serve: Rest for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve warm.
